At Shoe Limitless, we strive to provide the best online shopping experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return on ELIGIBLE item(s) for a refund or an exchange within 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE, NO EXCPETIONS.
Please note, shipping fees to deliver your order are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return an item(s) and is non-refundable.

Eligible Item(s) MUST be returned in NEW, RESELLABLE, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, along with SHOE DUST BAG and SHOE INSERTS in the original shoe box. If possible, return item(s) in original shipping package or a durable and protective packaging.
PLEASE DO NOT SHIP SHOES IN THE SHOE BOX ALONE WITH POSTAGE LABEL AND TAPE ATTACHED. IN DOING SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR RETURN REQUEST NOT BEING HONORED.
Eligible handbags must be returned in NEW and RESELLABLE condition in a durable and protective packaging.
FOR HYGIENE PURPOSES, JEWELRY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN.
Eligible Item(s) must be returned in NEW, RESELLABLE, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, FREE OF MAKEUP, PERFUME, SMOKE OR ANY PERSONAL SCENT along with ORIGINAL TAGS attached on clothing item(s) and in it’s ORIGINAL PLASTIC PACKAGING.
ALL ITEMS purchased from the SALE SECTION are FINAL SALE and is not eligible for a refund, unless item is damaged. SALE items are eligible for an exchange (see exchange policy).
We do not hold item(s) for an exchange. To make an exchange return the item according to our return policy through our return portal and select the exchange option. Once we receive, inspect and your return request is approved a store credit will issued via an E-Gift card for the purchase value of the item (excluding shipping cost) and repurchase any available item(s) on our site. Purchase total on new order in excess of the value of the E-Gift card will be the responsibility of the customer to pay. E-Gift card has no expiration date.
DEFECTIVE AND INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at email@example.com and we will be more than happy to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package.
Any order that is refused and returned will be issued an store credit excluding shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
