We will gladly accept returns and refund you as long as the item(s) meet our return requirements. Original shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for all cost associated with returning your item(s).
- Returned package must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Item(s) must be in NEW, UNWORN,UNALTERED, UNWASHED, ORIGINAL TAGS are attached and in original packaging.
- Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box without postage labels or tape attached.
HOW TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN:
To return your item(s), follow the instructions below:
- Go to our Returns Portal page, here.
- Enter your order number.
- Enter email address used that was used to place your order.
- Click “Find Your Order” and follow the instructions.
We recommend shipping your item(s) with a tracking number so that you know your item has been received by us.
Item(s) received that do not meet the return policy/requirements will be returned to the customer address on the order. If an item is approved, a refund (if applicable) will be issued in the form of original payment within 10 business days after receipt of your returned item(s). An email confirmation will be sent once we receive the item and when your refund has been processed.
As you know high fashion moves rapidly. Therefore, we cannot hold unpaid item(s) for exchanges. To guarantee that you receive the item you want to exchange we recommend that you purchase the item(s) first, prior to shipping the original item(s). For exchanged item(s), the customer is responsible for shipping the returned item(s) to us. Item(s) marked as SALE can only be exchanged for another size of the exact item, NO EXCEPTIONS. Items(s) eligible for exchange will be refunded in the original form of payment once the original item(s) is received.
Returned items eligible for exchanges must be shipped and POSTMARKED within 10 days of RECEIPT of the original item(s) ordered.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE:
To make an exchange fast and simple, please follow the steps below:
- Place a new order for the item you would like to exchange for.
- Follow our return policy to return the unwanted item. Follow the instructions and wait for an “approval” email with the RMA#.
- On your original invoice write “Exchange”, the new order number, the RMA# and we will issue a FULL refund (including shipping costs) when we receive the return. Shipping cost for the NEW order will not refunded.
Item(s) marked as "SALE" may not be returned for a refund.
DEFECTIVE AND INCORRECT ITEMS
If a customer receives an item and find it to be defective, damaged, or incorrect please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, item (s) name and the wrong size and/or item received. Item(s) being reported as damaged will require a picture to be included in the email.
An order that is refused will be charged the original shipping plus the return shipping it takes for the package to be returned to our facility.
